This new build property is perched in the lavish greenery of west cork with top-class amenities for adults and children alike. The spacious outdoor area consists of a gazebo that seats 18 people, an outside game room with a football table and a tennis table. Also included in the stunning garden is a climbing frame and trampoline for little ones to enjoy in the safety of your private garden.

This lavish house is not only breath taking for its outside luxury but also its inside luxury. The property consists of 5 lavish bedrooms with furniture imported from 'Oka Furniture Store' in Chelsea, London. The property can cater for a maximum of 26 guests. This spacious property has a fully equipped modern kitchen/dining area. If you would like to avail of a caterer to come in and cook or bring your breakfast, lunch or dinner then that can also be arranged.

Some rules

•No smoking.
•No pets.
•We do accept hen and stag  parties, please let us know in advance.
•We have an agreement with our neighbours that the outside gazebo and children's facilities won't be used past 10 pm for noise reasons.
•You must be 23 years of age or older to hire this property.
•Only guests named on the booking are permitted to access or use the property and grounds. Day visitors are not permitted unless agreed in advance. Where agreed, day guests are charged at €50 per person per day.


The cost to hire this property is based on how many guests are staying, please inform us of the exact number of guests so that adequate beds, bed linen, and towels are provided. Children under 2 years of age on arrival are free and classed as infants - we have 3 cots and 1 feeding chair at the house for you to use if required.

The property sleeps 20 guests as standard extra beds, extra beds are added after over 20 guests are booked to stay

we advise to take out holiday insurance incase you decide you do not want to stay, or if guests pull out as we do not cover this.
