Marina Views Kinsale is an exquisite waterfront property with breath-taking views of the Bandon River, Kinsale Town and Kinsale Marina, all from the comfort of your private garden. The newly remodelled 5-star property is only a 4 minute car journey to the town centre and a 3-minute drive to Dock beach.
The property is accessed via gates so you can guarantee security and safety especially for little ones running around the large 42ft climbing frame in the front garden along with a kid's trampoline. In the outside garage, there is a football table and tennis table , goal posts and mini golf for your entertainment.

The property comprises 6 luxury bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house was recently interior designed, and the furniture was imported from 'Oka furniture store' in Chelsea, London. This high-class self-catering property is perfect for a family vacation or an escape with friends with all the modern amenities. •You must be 23 years of age or older to hire this property.
•No pets allowed.
•We have an agreement with our neighbours that the outside gazebo and children's facilities won't be used past 10 pm for noise reasons.

The cost to hire this property is based on how many guests are staying, please inform us of the exact number of guests so that adequate beds, bed linen, and towels are provided.
Children under 2 years of age on arrival are free and classed as infants - we have 3 cots and 1 feeding chair at the house for you to use if required.
The property sleeps 12 guests as standard we add extra beds after 12 guests , up to a maximum of 20 guests staying.

Only guests named on the booking are permitted to access or use the property and grounds. Day visitors are not permitted unless agreed in advance. Where agreed, day guests are charged at €50 per person per day.
