Blare Cottage welcomes guests into its open plan living space from the main courtyard. The room is bright and features a vibrant yellow feature wall and high-quality soft furnishings. Two suede sofas with reclining mechanisms offer a comfortable spot for relaxation or TV watching.

The dining table provides seating for up to four, and a high chair can be provided for families with small children. The well-equipped kitchen area includes a fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The double bedroom features a double bed and storage space, while the twin bedroom offers two full-size single beds. Both bedrooms share the family bathroom, which includes a shower attachment, WC, and washbasin.

Blare Cottage is nestled in the serene countryside just outside the charming village of West Down in North Devon.

A short drive from the cottage will lead you to the coastal villages of Woolacombe and Croyde, both renowned for their stunning beaches, ideal for swimming, relaxation, and various water sports.

For a dining experience or shopping adventure, Braunton is nearby, offering excellent eateries and charming independent stores. Additionally, the town of Ilfracombe, is less than a 15-minute drive away.

If you prefer exploring North Devon on foot, the South West Coast Path is easily accessible, providing a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the local scenery and wildlife. The Tarka Trail is another fantastic option, suitable for walkers and cyclists of all ages and skill levels.
