Perched above the Adriatic in one of Bari’s most charming neighbourhoods, this loft occupies part of a beautifully restored 19th-century palazzo, now home to a handful of boutique apartments. Step outside and you’re straight into the rhythm of coastal life, with cafe terraces, gelaterias and seafood trattorias lining the promenade, and sheltered coves and sandy beaches just a wander away. Well-connected transport links make day trips into Bari’s historic centre or deeper into Puglia feel effortless. Inside, the layout is compact but cleverly considered – an easygoing, light-filled base for couples, solo travellers or small families chasing sea air and slow days.

*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*At full capacity, the space can host up to four guests, with two sleeping on the sofa bed. We consider this arrangement to be better suited to families with children, rather than groups of adults, as it could feel a little tight.
*There is free parking on the street outside this home.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you upon request.
