* You'll need a car to make the most of this home. Four parking spaces are available on the premises – two on the driveway and two in the garage. If you're visiting in winter, four-wheel drive or snow chains may be necessary for safe access.
* The gas barbecue is only available during the summer months, so if you're visiting in winter or spring, you won't be able to use it. Note also that charcoal grills are county-banned.
