*If you're staying here during the winter months, the deck and barbecue will be unavailable, and the sliding glass door in the living area will also be out of use.
*You'll have access to the community beach, pier, volleyball and basketball courts, horseshoe pits, and picnic and barbecue area here. They're shared with other local residents.
*There’s free parking for up to two cars in the garage and two cars on the driveway. The access road here is steep – during the winter months, a 4x4 is recommended.
