*Although this home can sleep up to twelve people, we think space will be a little tight for everyone. We'd suggest a reduced guest count.
*You'll have access to the resort gym, swimming pools, athletic courts, playgrounds, pier and fishing pavilions, on-site restaurants, and more here. They're shared with other guests. You'll also have access to the neighbouring resort, 1.5 miles away.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
*Construction work may be ongoing in the area from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday and on occasional Sundays. Be prepared to experience some noise during your stay.
*Your host provides a two-day starter supply of essentials like dish soap, toilet paper, toiletries, and paper towels. There are stores a short drive away where you can top up on supplies.
