Pack your bucket and spade – this coastal home is just a short stroll from the beach. Located in a resort on Mustang Island, you’ll have access to a range of shared facilities here, including a swimming pool, a fishing pier, and a children’s play area. Back home, the surf-inspired living area is ideal for leisurely meals and sociable evenings. Or you can fire up the barbecue and dine alfresco on one of the balconies or the covered porch. The sleeping set-up won’t here won’t suit everyone – at full occupancy six guests will be sharing a bedroom – but if that isn’t a dealbreaker, we think this place is a great choice for a stress-free group getaway.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, six guests will share one bedroom, sleeping in a king over king bunk bed and a small double pull-out bed. The pull-out bed is best suited to children.
*You'll have access to the on-site resort facilities here, which include swimming pools, a fishing lake, a pier, and a children’s play area. They're shared with the resort’s other guests. You can also use the swimming pools and fitness centre at a neighbouring resort which is 1.5 miles away.
*Your host provides a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, soap, and toiletries, but you might want to bring your own to top this up.
*Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
*The lead guest must be at least 25.
*Garage and driveway parking is available at this home.
*Construction work is ongoing next door and in the area around the home. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay.
