This resort home is the perfect choice for a memorable family getaway. Located on a popular coastal resort on Mustang Island, there's no end of entertainment, from the shared pool terrace to pickleball courts and a children's playground. Or, you may be tempted by beach days – the sand room at home is a great place to store gear, and the outdoor shower is convenient for cleaning off before making yourself at home. We love the bright, open-plan living space, and there's more than one outdoor terrace where you can savour freshly-made cocktails (courtesy of the wet bars), or a barbecue.

*The lead guest at this home must be at least 25 years old.
*There is ongoing construction work near this home, so there may be some noise disruption. Work is restricted to 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
*While this home sleeps 12, the largest dining table only seats 10.
*You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, splash pool, pier, and fishing pavilions here. They're shared with the resort's other residents and guests. This home also includes access to shared amenities at a nearby resort, a ten-minute drive away, including a gym, restaurants, and a pool.
*Your host asks you to respect quiet hours from 10pm each night.
