*Construction work is ongoing next door to this home. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay.
*At full occupancy, at least three guests will sleep in the bunk beds in the additional living area. The bunk beds in the fifth bedroom are single-over-doubles, with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top.
*If you're travelling with little ones, the fourth bedroom has a cot situated beneath a single bunk bed, as well as a king-size bed. The layout makes this room a good option for families.
*Your host provides a starter supply of toiletries, toilet paper, and washing up products, but you might want to bring your own to top this up. There are supermarkets nearby for stocking up.
*You'll have access to the community pools, parks, pier, and playground here. They're shared with other local residents. Further amenities are available a short drive away at a nearby resort, including a fitness centre and on-site restaurants.
