*Please be aware construction is taking place beside this home, from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, so you may hear additional sounds.
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living space.
*While the larger garage won’t be available during your visit, you do have access to a golf cart garage for storing beach gear or a golf cart.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot upon request. You’ll need to request it in advance.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
*Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 10pm.
*Your host provides a two-day starter supply of sundries. The nearest supermarket for stocking up is a ten-minute drive away.
