We love the triple bunk room in the den, which is perfect for kids, not to mention the deck and patio areas that call out for sunset drinks. Guests staying here have access to the communal swimming pools as well as restaurants and shops. Hire a golf buggy to get around and live your best beach life.

*The property is part of a larger pedestrian-friendly community with shared amenities including pools, a splash pad, beach access, the Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks, a fitness centre, lakes and ponds, and a playground.

*It's worth hiring a golf cart to get around the community. Only registered and insured carts are allowed on the beaches and streets of this community.

*No parking is allowed on the streets. There is designated parking for up to three vehicles at the property.

*The fourth bedroom is located in the den and has a triple bunk bed and sofa bed. As such, it's best suited to children.

*The first floor den is home to a shuffleboard table for friendly competitions.

*If you're travelling with young children, the host can provide a cot and high chair.

**Construction work is ongoing in the area around the home and is limited to normal business hours Monday to Saturday, 8am – 6pm. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay.
