From shared swimming pools to communal fire pits, you'll have an array of resort-style amenities at your fingertips. Back home, make the most of the good weather on the private balconies. Need a break from the sunshine? There's plenty of room to stretch out in the open-plan living area, plus a second lounge for even more space. With flexible sleeping arrangements – including an extra set of bunk beds in the loft – it's the perfect basecamp for families.

*There's additional sleeping space in the loft, consisting of two bunk beds with pull-out trundles.
*You'll have access to the resort gym, swimming pools, athletic courts, playgrounds, pier and fishing pavilions, on-site restaurants, and more here. They're shared with other guests. You'll also have access to a neighbouring resort, a 1.5-mile drive away.
*Please note that there is construction taking place directly next to this home, from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Expect to hear some noise during your stay.
*The smart TV has a live TV feature, but it is not cable.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
*Your host provides a two-day starter supply of essentials like dish soap, toilet paper, toiletries, and paper towels. There are stores a short drive away where you can top up on supplies.
