Sitting in the 7th arrondissement, this warmly decorated apartment puts you in one of Paris's most coveted addresses – the Musée d'Orsay is just five minutes on foot, Les Invalides a twenty-three-minute stroll, and the Rodin Museum's sculpture gardens around fifteen minutes away. The jacuzzi bathtub makes for a restorative end to a day on your feet, and with air conditioning, summer stays are far more comfortable. Two separate bedrooms give groups and families proper breathing room, while a sofa bed means you can share Paris with more of your favourite people.

Home truths:
* We think this apartment works best for two to four guests. If you're a group of five or six, you'll find the space notably compact – both the bedrooms and the living area are on the smaller side.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* If you're travelling with a little one, your host can provide a cot for children up to three years old. Make sure to request it in advance when you book.
* Storage for clothes and luggage is limited here – several guests have noted the lack of space for bags and belongings, so packing light will make your stay more comfortable.
* Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
* Parking here can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
