You couldn't ask for a better location. Just moments from the Champs-Élysées, this architect-designed apartment puts you in the heart of Paris' 8th arrondissement. Nearby metro stations make it easy to explore further afield, while landmarks like the Arc de Triomphe are within walking distance. As for the apartment, it may be small, but it's packed with style. Both bedrooms boast sleek en-suite bathrooms (though there's only one toilet here), while the kitchen is compact yet well-suited for breakfasts and quick bites. There are also plenty of eateries nearby, so dining out is always an option. Whether you're in town for shopping, sightseeing, or something in between, this is just the spot for it.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. However, space is tight with it in use – we think it's best for one adult or two small children.
*Both en-suite bathrooms lack a toilet, but there is a separate WC in the hallway. Please note that the guests on the sofa bed will need to use the en-suites for showering.
*There's only room for four people to sit around the dining table.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot upon request.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*Parking isn't provided, but you won't need a car in Paris. Instead of driving, we suggest exploring on foot or taking advantage of nearby public transportation – a metro station is a short walk away.
