* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* One of the bedrooms has a skylight with no blind fitted, so expect early morning light in that room.
* This is a ground-floor apartment with no air conditioning – in summer, Paris can get warm and humid, so you'll want to keep windows open and use the fans provided.
* As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the second en-suite bathroom. As both bathrooms here are en-suite, the guests using the sofa bed and third bedroom will need access to the bedrooms for showering.
