Paris at Dawn

If you're in Paris to sightsee, then you'll love the location of this apartment. Based in Opéra, exploring on foot is a dream – Palais Garnier, the Louvre, Grands Boulevards, and other must-sees are all within walking distance. More functional than anything, it's not the biggest or cosiest place. The lounge is a tight squeeze for all four people – especially when the sofa bed is in use – but it has all the essentials. Just note that the kitchen is small – not a problem, as there are plenty of eateries nearby.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. That said, we think it will feel cramped. We'd recommend a maximum guest count of two.
*Your host can provide a travel cot upon request.
*This is a duplex apartment located on the ground and first floors. The bedroom and shower are on the upper level, making this not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
*As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom. The WC is located on the ground floor.
*Given the central location, it can be a tad noisy at night.
