Set in the 15th arrondissement, this apartment is just a short walk away from the leafy Champ de Mars and iconic Eiffel Tower. It’s an ideal base for families and friends, with plenty of local places to eat and well-connected transport links nearby. Even better than the neighbourhood is the apartment itself. Set on the ground floor, it's bright, welcoming, and oh-so-stylish. A small private courtyard is just the spot for alfresco drinks, while a sofa bed is available for flexibility – though we think it may feel a little tight for all ten guests. Comfortable, contemporary, and conveniently located – the perfect combination.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. We think space will be tight with it in use, so we'd suggest a maximum guest count of eight.
*There are three bathrooms here, but only one has a toilet. However, there's a separate WC.
*This is a ground-floor apartment, so it will suit those who struggle with stairs.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot upon request.
*Parking isn't provided, but you won't need a car in Paris. Instead of driving, we suggest exploring on foot or taking advantage of nearby public transportation – a metro station is a short walk away.
