is fifteen minutes on foot, the Musée d'Orsay is a twenty-minute walk away, and Notre-Dame Cathedral is around thirty minutes on foot – this is the perfect spot for exploring the artsy Left Bank.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* The metro runs directly beneath the street, and you'll notice a light rumble from time to time – completely normal for a city home, but it may take some getting used to.
* Although there’s a lift in the building, kindly note that it only stops on half-floors. You’ll need to climb a few stairs to reach it, and then it stops either half a floor below or half a floor above the apartment.
* Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
* Parking here can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible. Multiple metro stations are within walking distance, and you can easily explore on foot.
* As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the en-suite bathroom.
