A compact apartment in one of Paris's most coveted postcodes, sitting a one-minute walk from George V metro station and within striking distance of the Champs-Élysées – nine minutes on foot – and the Arc de Triomphe, just seven minutes away. * This home is only available to those studying or travelling for work – you’ll need to provide proof from your university or employer.
* The lift brings you to the second floor, but it stops at a half-landing, so you'll still need to climb a short flight of stairs to reach the apartment door.
* At 33 sqm, this is a compact apartment – well suited to a couple, but if you're booking for three or four guests, expect cosy quarters and limited space to spread out.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* If you're travelling with a little one, your host can provide a cot. You'll need to request it in advance.
* Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
* Parking here can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
