This home seduced us straight away with its fabulous views across the Seine to the Eiffel Tower and Statue de la Liberté from its balcony. Select a bottle of Champagne from the wine fridge and enjoy a glass as the sun sets and admire one of the city's most famous sights. The open-plan living room is flooded with light and has a wonderful airy feel thanks to its double-height ceilings. There are plenty of books here to keep you occupied, and there's an office area too. An ornate staircase leads to a mezzanine balcony and the gorgeous bedroom, which overlooks the courtyard. Have a luxurious soak in the bathtub in the ensuite before heading out for dinner. There are plenty of stylish restaurants on your doorstep in this upscale neighbourhood, or pick up some local delicacies from Point du Jour Market, a twenty-minute saunter. There are also an array of boutiques near the church in Auteuil, while there's a shopping centre in Beaugrenelle, just under fifteen minutes walking distance. The striking headquarters of Radio France, Maison de la Radio (nicknamed "maison ronde"), is ten minutes on foot, while the Eiffel Tower is a twenty-five-minute walk if you want to get up and close to this much-loved attraction. Or go for a romantic stroll along the Seine, it's less than 50 metres away.
