*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the second-floor entrance of the home.
*As is common in France, the toilet is also separate from the bathroom.
*Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay (there's a restaurant below this apartment and on the opposite side of the street).
*Although there's no washing machine here, there's a laundrette nearby.
