* Parking here can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
* You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
* There's limited natural light here – windows look into the courtyard rather than out onto the street, and there's no outside view.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living space.
* As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
* There is only one toilet here, shared between two bathrooms. For a group of five or six, it's worth factoring this in.
