Finding an apartment in the upmarket 16th arrondissement district, with a private south-facing garden to boot, is a rare thing. A great choice for a family stay, kids will love burning off energy in the garden, and there’s a sofa bed in the living room for a more flexible sleeping setup. Well placed for exploring the city’s sights, you’re just three minutes from the Metro, and the Eiffel Tower is easily reached on foot. Although there’s plenty to explore closer to home, with Ranelagh Park just around the corner and countless bakeries, boulangeries and bistros within walking distance.

Home truths:
*If you’re travelling with little ones, a cot and high chair are provided on request in advance.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*Floor space around the bed is restricted in the second bedroom. But there’s still ample storage and everything you need for a good night’s sleep.
*As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the second bathroom.
*Facade renovation work will take place in the building from 18 February to the end of June. There may be some noise during the day during this period.
