The market town of Louth is just over 7 miles away and provides wonderful independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. Market Rasen racecourse is just over 16 miles away and Cadwell Park is 2 miles away and has fantastic events on throughout the year. The Lincolnshire coast is a short drive away, at a little over 20 miles, Skegness, Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea boast long sandy beaches and cracking fish and chips! The historical city of Lincoln, sitting just 22 miles away is home to the stunning Lincolnshire Cathedral and Lincoln Castle and the city itself is steeped in history and character. Walking into the property, you enter into the large kitchen, which is well equipped and looks out into the conservatory. There is lots of space to cook, with plenty of side units, perfect for making a lovely evening meal. The conservatory is a light and spacious room, with views over the open countryside, and often the neighbourly horses can be spotted in the fields beyond.
