The generously equipped kitchen caters to all your self-catering needs, featuring a fridge/freezer, electric cooker, induction hob, coffee machine, and dishwasher. You'll find cleaning essentials and a washing machine in the hallway cupboard.

Next to the kitchen, the dining table comfortably seas 4-6 guests. The master bedroom overlooks the courtyard and promises a peaceful night's sleep with its spacious king-size bed, fitted wardrobe, wall-mounted TV, and dressing table. This room also boasts an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and WC.

The second bedroom offers a cosy twin room with two full-size single beds and a free-standing wardrobe. The adjacent family bathroom is a good size and features a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin, and WC.

It also offers convenient access to Exmoor National Park, the South West Coast Path, and numerous top-notch North Devon attractions such as Arlington Court (managed by the National Trust) and Exmoor Zoo.
