Ulverston is a traditional market town situated on a cobbled main street, showcasing a fine selection of independent shops, cafés, and pubs with open fires. From fine dining to traditional restaurants, Ulverston is well known as a festival town, hosting art and music events throughout the summer months. There are excellent walks around the town, and beautiful countryside, with views of the southern Lake District and Morecambe Bay.

Graythwaite fishery is free for all guests and equipment can be hired locally, a small fee is applicable to keep your catch, rod fishing license required. Note: Limited mobile reception. Note: Minimum 3 night stay.
