Timber & Tides on Rosemary

Rosemary Beach's sugar-white sands are a short walk away, but this home gives you plenty of reasons to linger. The private courtyard is the heart of it – a pool, outdoor fireplace, and a full outdoor kitchen making it easy to spend whole days without venturing far. Inside, timber beam ceilings and light-filled gathering spaces give the home a relaxed but considered feel, while a wraparound balcony catches the coastal breeze above it all. Bikes are included for exploring the Timpoochee Trail, and access to four neighbourhood pools, a fitness centre, and a racquet club rounds things out nicely.

Home truths:
* The courtyard and lot may be shared with a carriage house that is either owner-occupied or rented to a separate group during your stay – you won't necessarily have the outdoor space entirely to yourselves.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home aren't permitted to leave except for laundering.
* The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at a ratio of four guests under 25 to one adult over 25.
