Back home, a shaded private pool sits steps from the door – and when the light drops, the covered Gulf-view balcony is exactly where you want to be. A six-seater golf cart and bikes are on hand for exploring, and Rosemary Beach with its acclaimed dining and boutique shops is just a mile away.

* Bedroom three has a king-over-king bunk bed that sleeps up to four people. This room might be best suited to children.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host has a highchair and pack-n-play available at the home. It's worth confirming with your host in advance that these will be ready for your arrival.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are not permitted to leave the home.
* Plan to arrive after 4pm – unloading and driveway access are not permitted before then.
* You're one row back from the Gulf rather than directly on it, so the beach involves a short walk rather than stepping straight off the deck. That said, guests have noted the beach is genuinely close and easy with little ones in tow.
