Tucked into Seacrest Beach along Scenic Highway 30A, this three-level house puts the best of the area within easy reach – Rosemary Beach Village is right on the doorstep, and the Gulf's sugar-white sands are an eleven-minute walk away. A seasonal beach tram stops outside from March through October, making beach days effortless. Back home, there's a lot to keep you here – multiple balconies for morning coffee, a third-floor entertainment space with a wet bar, a back patio with a barbecue, and access to the Seacrest community pool and hot tub. Four bikes are included for exploring the nearby trails.

Home truths:
* To use the community amenities – including the pools and hot tub – you'll need to complete a Guest Registration Form within two weeks of your arrival. The home is allotted twelve wristbands, so make sure everyone in your group is registered in time.
* You'll have parking for two vehicles here – worth factoring in if your group is arriving in more than two cars.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* The beach tram runs from 9am to 5:45pm daily between 1st March and 31st October – outside those hours or that season, the Gulf is an eleven-minute walk from the home.
