Description Shiplap & Boardwalk: Inlet Beach

A large group on the Florida Panhandle deserves a base that keeps everyone comfortable. This Rosemary Beach home – with a self-contained carriage house – brings up to nineteen guests together across cypress-panelled gathering spaces, a vaulted living room, and multiple covered porches for coastal breezes at any hour. Bikes come with the home, so the wider 30A communities are effortlessly within reach. Rosemary Beach Town Square, with its boutiques and cafes, is an eight-minute walk, and the distinctive architecture of Alys Beach is around eighteen minutes on foot.

Home truths:
* The two sets of bunk beds in the first bedroom are smaller than standard twins and are suited for small children only. The loft on the third floor – with its bunk, single bed, and sleeper sofa – works better for teenagers or grown-ups. It's worth mapping out who sleeps where before you arrive.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home can't be taken outside except for laundering.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
