* You'll have access to the community pools here, which are shared with other guests. To access the community amenities – including the beach entrance – you'll need to complete a Guest Registration Form at least two weeks before you arrive. Your host can walk you through the process.
* Bath towels and linens are provided, but you'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels.
* You're living across three floors here, with the bunk room and queen bedroom on the first floor, the king suite on the second, and the lounge and wet bar on the third. The upstairs lounge doesn't have a door, so noise can carry.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Four complimentary adult bikes are provided for exploring the area with ease.
