Tucked into the pine forest along Florida's 30A, this house earns its place as a proper group retreat. The screened porch is the social heart of the home – long alfresco dinners under the trees, with an outdoor fireplace ready to go when evenings cool. A separate carriage house gives you room to breathe, while the third-floor loft keeps younger guests happily occupied. When you're ready to explore, a golf cart and five bikes are waiting.

Home truths:
* The sixth bedroom is located in the independent carriage house. It has a US king-size bed, a sofa bed, and its own bathroom and kitchenette. Keep in mind that even when this room is in use, the guest count cannot exceed twelve people.
* The community's beach club is a members-only club and day passes cannot be purchased, so you won't be able to access it during your stay.
* There's free parking for up to two cars on the driveway.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Your host provides five adult bikes and a six-passenger low-speed vehicle to get around the community with ease.
* Between 1st March 1st and 31st October, one beach service set is provided with your stay – this includes two beach chairs and one umbrella.
