Breeze & Boardwalk

Sitting within a gated, 250-acre coastal enclave along 30A, this home strikes a balance between seclusion and easy access to everything the area does well. Screened-in porches offer a sheltered place to catch the breeze without the sand, and the communal pool is there for when the beach feels like too much effort. From March through October, beach service – two chairs and an umbrella – comes with the stay, and three bikes make it simple to ride out to Alys Beach or Rosemary Beach. Walking trails, boardwalks, and kayak rentals are all within the grounds.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the bunk bed in the living area.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are for use inside the home only and may not be taken to the beach or pool.
* This home has just one designated parking space, and the community security gate will only permit a maximum of two vehicles for the property overall – additional vehicles will not be allowed through, even briefly for drop-offs or unloading.
* The nearby beach club is not included with your stay and is a members-only facility – day passes cannot be purchased.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* From October 2025 through 2026, the community will undergo major exterior refurbishment. During your stay you should expect construction activity, boarded windows, limited balcony and garage access, and possible parking disruptions.
