Kitchen area: Equipped with an electric oven and hob, large American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, and a dining table seating four.
Dining area: Features a dining table with seating for six.
Living area: Includes comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a Wii games console.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, hand-held shower, WC, and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: A bunk bedroom with two full-size single beds.
Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom with two full-size single beds.
Family bathroom: Equipped with an electric power-shower, washbasin, and WC.

Location
Goodleigh is a charming village in North Devon, just three miles north of Barnstaple. This picturesque village boasts a collection of historic old houses that tell the story of its rich history. "The New Inn," the village pub, is a delightful dining destination where Julia prepares delectable meals, and Justin offers a selection of local and guest beers. Families are warmly welcomed, and the pub features a spacious beer garden where children can play to their heart's content.

Goodleigh is surrounded by breath-taking scenery and offers enchanting walks along ancient green lanes adorned with vibrant displays of primroses, bluebells, campion, foxgloves, and other wildflowers during the spring and early summer months.
