Situated in Paynes Bay, just a short stroll from the beach, this penthouse apartment offers sea views to match its coastal location. Panoramic seating areas are dotted across the terrace and balconies, while the private plunge pool overlooks the Caribbean. From the main suite, you step directly onto that same terrace, while the second bedroom has its own balcony with ocean views. Down below, Paynes Bay Beach is directly accessible from the complex, and a communal pool sits among the palms for when the sea feels like too much of an effort. On-site staff, including a cook, housekeeper and 24-hour security, mean very little is left to organise yourself.

Home truths:
* Bedrooms three and four can each be set up as a twin room or a super king-size double – let your host know your preference before you arrive.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool and gym here, which are shared with other guests.
* Communal water sports equipment is available, including two paddleboards, one double kayak and two single kayaks.
* Your stay includes a housekeeper and laundress for six days a week, with an on-call concierge and property manager also available. Winter stays include a private cook for two meals daily, while the festive period includes a private chef for three meals daily, six days a week.
* For check-ins between 20th December and 10th January, please contact us. Cancellations made 60 or more days before check-in would be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in would not be eligible for a refund.
