* The home spans multiple levels, with the lower-level lounge and kitchenette sitting separately from the main living and kitchen areas – you'll find yourself moving between floors regularly, especially with a large group.
* Bedroom one has a single-over-double bunk bed, and bedroom two has two double-over-double bunk beds. These rooms might be best suited to children.
* You'll need a car to reach the ski slopes and local dining – the River Run Gondola involves a short drive along Montezuma Road, so factor that into your daily routine.
* There's on-site parking for three vehicles in total, with two spaces in the garage and one additional spot outside.
* Your host provides a starter set of consumables – soap, paper products, dish and laundry detergent, towels, and more – but once those run out, restocking is down to you for the remainder of your stay.
