* Bedroom two has two king-over-king bunk beds, sleeping up to eight people. This room might be best suited to children.
* The bedrooms are spread across two levels, so larger groups will naturally split between floors. If you're travelling with anyone who has difficulty with stairs, it's worth discussing room allocation before you arrive.
* A starter supply of essentials – soap, paper products, dish and laundry detergent, towels, and similar basics – is provided on arrival. Once those run out, you'll need to pick up more yourself, so it's worth doing a grocery run early in a longer stay.
* You'll need a car or to use the free shuttle to reach River Run Village and the resort – it's a four-minute drive or a short ride from the stop just outside. There are no walkable shops or restaurants directly on the doorstep.
* There's parking for three large vehicles in the driveway plus two garage stalls – useful when arriving as a full group with ski gear in tow.
