The popular tourist destinations from the South coast to the unspoilt villages around the North Devon coastline are all easily accessible and rugged Dartmoor is just four miles away. The city of Exeter, is a 30 minute drive away, with its picturesque cathedral and it is a must see when coming to this part of the world, with its cobbled streets and array of shops and restaurants. Other attractions within easy reach are RHS Rosemoor for aspiring gardeners, the well known Tarka Trail and Granite Way, great for those wishing to take long walks or cycle rides, numerous National Trust properties, Crealy Devon, as well as the well known fishing lakes at 'Spires' which are under a mile. Enter the property from the courtyard and step into a long hallway, turning right leads into the delightful lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has an impressive vaulted ceiling with exposed oak beams and cosy wood burner. Here you can relax and enjoy watching your favourite programme on the TV or take time to enjoy a DVD. The lounge and dining area has French doors leading to the patio and private garden. The kitchen is well equipped and is perfect to try out some new recipes or cook some old family favourites. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Back in the hallway are two of the three bedrooms; the master king size bedroom shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC with the single bedroom.
