Evenings are easy too, with an open-air kitchen for alfresco cooking and an outdoor fireplace rigged up for movies under the desert sky. The neon-lit games lounge brings the energy inside when you need it. PGA West is about nineteen minutes away by car, and the home sits well-placed for the Coachella Festival and Desert Horse Park.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* Bedroom seven has two single-over-double bunk bed that can each sleep up to three people – we think this room might be best suited to children.
* Your host can provide a cot and baby bath for little ones upon request.
* A pool technician visits on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, and a gardener comes on Friday afternoons – both use the side gate, so you may notice them briefly in the backyard on those days.
* Up to two house-trained pets are welcome to join you.
* You'll have a four-car driveway plus additional street parking nearby, but there's no garage access.
