Home truths:
* Bedroom six has two single-over-double bunk beds that can each sleep up to three people – we think this room might be best suited to children.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, and children's dinnerware. Request these in advance so everything is in place on arrival.
* Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from three locked cleaners closets.
* The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, so there isn't much within walking distance – you'll want a car to reach shops, restaurants, golf courses, and local attractions.
* Up to two house-trained pets are welcome to join you.
