*Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay (alternatively the nearest railway station is a fifteen- minute drive away)
*Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*There is underfloor heating throughout this home.
*One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor making it easily accessible for anyone who might have trouble with the stairs.
*We think some areas of this home could do with a refresh. In particular, the outside deck and some parts of the kitchen look a little tired.
*Events and parties are not allowed in this home.
*The third bedroom has the flexibility to provide a double bed or two singles.
*Children should be supervised around the lake.
