Description Breeze off South Beach: Boca Raton

Steps from the beach and tucked into an end position with no neighbours above, below, or to either side, this apartment is as quiet as Florida gets. The screened patio overlooks the shared pool and catches ocean breezes – a good spot for an evening around the fire pit. Beach umbrella and chairs are included, South Beach Park is right across the street, and Red Reef Park is a five-minute walk down the coast. Restaurants, cafes, and beach-town snack spots are all within easy reach on foot.

Home truths:
* If you're not arriving by car, it's worth stocking up on essentials before you get here – shops are a little thin on the ground within walking distance, so pack sunscreen, water bottles, and anything else you'll need for the beach.
* The shades here don't fully block the bright Florida sun, so bringing a sleep mask is worth considering if you're a light sleeper.
* If you're travelling with a baby, your host can provide a cot on request – worth flagging when you book so it's ready on arrival.
* Pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
