Boca Waterway Breeze

Positioned along Boca Raton's Intracoastal Waterway, this apartment puts you right on the water's edge. The heated communal pool sits directly on the waterway, and a fireside lounge with a fire pit and grilling stations lines the bank – so evenings have a natural pull outdoors. Up on the second floor, the balcony looks out over a tropical courtyard, and the main bedroom carries the same elevated calm. South Inlet Park Beach is a ten-minute walk away, with the Atlantic shoreline equally close – giving you the waterway on one side and the ocean on the other.

Home truths:
* One assigned parking space is included here.
* The sofa bed in the living room sleeps two additional guests – worth bearing in mind if you're booking for four, as there's no second bedroom and the living space doubles as a sleeping area.
* If you're travelling with a little one, a cot is available at this apartment – ask your host in advance to have it set up before you arrive.
* There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
* You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started. The nearest supermarket is a five-minute walk away.
