Description Boca by the Passing Boats: Boca Raton

Sitting right on the Intracoastal waterway, this corner apartment puts boats drifting past and Boca Raton's famous sunsets in full view from the waterfront terrace – hammock and sun loungers close at hand for when you'd rather linger than go anywhere. South Inlet Park is a ten-minute walk, and the beach is within easy reach too. Back inside, there's a dedicated desk if you need a creative corner, plus a pool and hot tub shared with the building – everything you'd want for a stay that mixes outdoor Florida living with a little flexibility.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* The beach is around a ten-minute walk from the apartment along a neighbourhood street – close enough to go on foot, though you'll want to factor that in if you're travelling with young children or a lot of kit.
