Step into the tastefully designed living area, divided into three sections - a cozy seating and TV area, a large dining table, and a modern gourmet kitchen with its own storage section. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, U.S. and French satellite TV, Apple TV, and a Sonos sound system.

The spacious master bedrooms on either side of the living area boast king-size beds and dressing areas. Downstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and the other offering a queen-size bed, living area, and kitchen - perfect for teenagers or staff.

Outside, a terrace wraps around the large heated infinity pool with ocean views. Relax in the covered lounge area with comfortable furnishings. This villa also offers air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and WiFi.

House cleaning services are provided six days a week for your convenience. Please note that during Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
