Just a short walk away from the beach, shopping, restaurants, and town, this villa offers convenience and stunning views of St. Jean Bay. Step into the tastefully designed living area, divided into three sections - a cozy seating and TV area, a large dining table, and a modern gourmet kitchen with its own storage section. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, U.S. and French satellite TV, Apple TV, and a Sonos sound system. The spacious master bedrooms on either side of the living area boast king-size beds and dressing areas. Downstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and the other offering a queen-size bed, living area, and kitchen - perfect for teenagers or staff. Outside, a terrace wraps around the large heated infinity pool with ocean views. Relax in the covered lounge area with comfortable furnishings. This villa also offers air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and WiFi. House cleaning services are provided six days a week for your convenience. Please note that during Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
