Description Barn in West Wales: Aberaeron addremove

The small village of Mydroilyn is just a short drive from Aberaeron and New Quay with picturesque harbours, Georgian architecture, colourful houses, shops, galleries and eateries. The interesting university town of Lampeter is slightly further inland and offers a range of museums, galleries, shops and restaurants too. Why not experience the views by steam train, go on a boat trip dolphin spotting, walk the Dylan Thomas trail, join the Coastal Path or find the secluded sandy beaches. This is a perfect place to explore the very best of the culture, coast and countryside in Ceredigion. With lots to see and do, after a full day out you can return to relax in the hot tub. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Arrive at the farm and continue straight ahead to this superb barn with all your creature comforts. Natural light floods into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with French doors opening out to the patio area. The lounge area is stylish with leather sofas and sheepskins and is perfect to relax in front of the Smart TV and coal effect electric fire. The kitchen area, with granite worksurfaces, is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, large air fryer, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. The dining table and chairs are perfectly positioned by the French doors, with views over the garden towards the open countryside, to enjoy a meal and plan your activities over dinner. You will also find a drinks fridge, chest freezer and washing machine in the separate shared utility room. Walk down the hallway and you will find two spacious bedrooms both with TV s, luxury bed linen and cosy robes for the hot tub. You can choose between the king size bedroom with en suite shower room and WC or the super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request). Take a leisurely shower in the separate shower room with shower and WC, that completes the accommodation. Heading outside, you can relax and sit back on the large paved patio area with your own private hot tub, table and chairs and views towards the countryside. You are welcome to use the large indoor covered swimming pool. Please note the swimming pool is not heated. There is also the shared tennis courts and undercover table tennis zone for you to enjoy. The barn is one of two properties on the owners working farm though privacy is assured. There is ample private parking at the property. Within the complex of the Clysedale Cottage is another property named the Welsh Cob Cottage, also available to book.
