* The villa is built across two levels, with two of the suites on the lower floor. You'll be using the stairs between levels regularly, so it's worth factoring that in if anyone in your group has mobility considerations.
* One of the five bedrooms sits behind the living room and doesn't have an ocean view – something to keep in mind when deciding how to allocate rooms across your group.
* Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones upon request.
* Housekeeping is provided daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Towels are swapped every two days and bed linen every three days.
