Perched on the heights of Gustavia, this villa is built around water and sky in equal measure. Two tiered infinity pools – one thirty metres, one fifteen – sit among tropical palms and look out over the ocean, while a terrace-set outdoor kitchen means barbecue evenings unfold with Gustavia Harbour glittering below. Each of the five suites has a private lounge and ocean and sunset views; two come with a Japanese soaking tub on a private terrace. A massage room, hammam, cinema room, and gym round out the picture without you ever needing to leave.

* The villa is spread across three distinct levels, so you'll be moving between floors regularly – the lift makes this easy, but it's worth knowing the living room, suites, and pools are each on different levels.
* If you're travelling with young children, your host can arrange a cot, high chair, babysitter, and other childcare essentials.
* Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
* Housekeeping is provided daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Towels are swapped every two days and bed linen every three days.
